Instructions

The processing fee is handled through our online store.

  1. Note the TV item identifier: CSPAN2_20091125_040000_Capital_News_Today
  2. Go to our online store and select the product with the processing fee that corresponds to your desired shipping speed.
  3. Add the product to your shopping cart and then "Proceed to checkout".
  4. On the checkout page, under "Order notes" paste in the TV item identifier noted in Step 1.
  5. Complete the checkout process.

Shipping and Handling

Loan requests are generally processed within 3 business days and shipped within the United States via USPS First Class mail.

Expedited loan requests are generally processed within 1 business day and shipped within the United States via FedEx Standard Overnight and Express Mail International for patrons outside of the United States.

We can not guarantee these schedules, but we will try our best. For shipments within the United States, we will include a prepaid return shipping envelope; international patrons will need to pay their own return shipping costs. Multiple programs may be sent together or separately.

System Requirements

Computer that can accept a USB-A or USB-B flash drive. Software to play the video files is often included natively on many operating systems or it can be played by installing the free VLC Media Player. Metadata files are in XML and can be viewed in standard text editors.
